Digital Services Act — contact points
In accordance with Articles 11 and 12 of the Digital Services Act, Anew designates a single point of contact for authorities and for recipients of the Service. Communications may be sent, in English, Dutch or French, to [dsa@shopanew.eu].
Notices of allegedly illegal content or listings can be submitted at any time under our notice-and-action procedure.
Supervisory and consumer authorities
Depending on the operator's country of establishment, the competent authorities include the national Digital Services Coordinator, the data protection authority, and the consumer-protection / economic-inspection authority. The specific authorities and addresses will be listed here once the operating entity is fixed: [national DSC / DPA / consumer authority].
Hosting
The Service is hosted on infrastructure provided by [Netlify, Inc. (front-end) and Supabase (application/database, EU region)]. Contact details of hosting providers are available on request.
Intellectual property
"Anew", the Anew logo and the design of the Service are protected. Content uploaded by users remains the responsibility of those users, who grant Anew a limited licence to display it as described in the Terms & Conditions.
